To check the security of your connection, look at the lower right-hand corner of your browser window after accessing the server. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser), SSL is functioning and the connection is secure. Another way to be sure you are accessing a secure server is by checking the URL line of your browser: when secure, the first characters of the site address will change from "http" to "https."

Some versions of browsers and some firewalls don't allow communication through secure servers. If that is the case, you will not be able to connect to the server. This protects you from mistakenly placing an order through an unsecured connection. If you cannot access the secure server for any reason, please call customer service at 714.871.4966.
